In Parpan there are all sorts of sporting and cultural events for the whole family to enjoy.
For example you can watch cheese being made at the Tschuggen "Schaukäserei": Further culinary specialities are made by the Brügger meat driers and other traditional businesses. Unique to the village are the "Parpaner Sunntigsmärkte" or Sunday markets, where you can enjoy a drink and a bite to eat and, with a bit of luck, find something special to take home.
Around the former Walser settlement of Parpan there are unlimited opportunities to enjoy snow sports, starting right outside the front door. Breathtaking races are held on the "Silvano Beltrametti" world cup piste. A large network of winter hiking routes leads you through magical forests, whilst the cross-country run goes right through the village. The natural ice rink and the toboggan run round off the range of things to do in winter. Charming, peaceful and modern.
